Paint Returns Policy

Little Greene paint is tinted to order by the Little Greene factory and is therefore Non-Returnable if you order too much.

We are happy to advise on finishes and to help you calculate quantities but we strongly recommend that your decorator confirms the quantity of paint before you order. If they're not sure it's better to order slightly less and then top up your order as required.

If you order before 1.30 pm your paint will usually arrive the next working day. 

If you believe your paint is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will organise for the faulty paint to be returned and replaced. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Wallpaper Returns Policy

We are happy to help you calculate the number of rolls required, but we strongly recommend that your decorator factors in any design repeat, windows and doors before confirming how much wallpaper is required.  

Wallpaper must be checked for possible flaws prior to cutting and hanging. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, please contact us immediately. We will organise for the faulty rolls to be returned and replaced.

In situations where you change your mind or have over-ordered, your order cannot be readily assigned to another client. Wallpaper rolls are printed in production batches and your order is allocated specifically to you. Wallpaper orders under 5 rolls are therefore Non-Returnable.

In some circumstances where there are 5+ rolls to return we will ask the wallpaper company to accept your order back into stock and negotiate a refund, however this is subject to the wallpaper company's agreement and the payment of their handling charge - usually 25% plus return carriage. This applies only to unopened rolls which must be in their original condition and original packaging.

Wallpaper can only be returned to us after agreement from the wallpaper company to take the wallpaper back. Any wallpaper must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Fabric Returns Policy

We are happy to help you calculate the quantity of fabric required for a furnishings project, but we strongly recommend that your curtain maker or upholsterer factors in any design repeat and fabric allowances before confirming how much fabric is required. 

In the unlikely event that the fabric is faulty when you check it prior to cutting, a full replacement or refund will be offered. Please contact us as soon as possible from receipt of fabric and prior to cutting so that we can let the fabric company know. The faulty fabric will be collected and replaced, or fully refunded.

Fabric only orders are cut and allocated specifically to you. As such we cannot accept a cancellation/refund or direct exchange where you change your mind.

We can however ask the fabric company to accept your order back into stock and negotiate a refund, however this is subject to the fabric company's agreement and the payment of their handling charges - usually 25% plus return carriage which will be deducted from the refund given to you.

Fabric can only be returned to us after agreement from the fabric company to take the fabric back. 

Any fabric must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returns are not usually possible if the fabric length is less than 5 metres.

Please note that fabric orders that have been cut, or fabric that has been made up into furnishings, cannot be returned.

Please note that fabric that has been treated for upholstery use cannot be returned.
