Delivery & Returns

FREE Click & Collect - You can collect any paint, wallpaper or home accessories order from us between 10.30am - 4pm Monday-Friday. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

FREE Paint Delivery - Paint can be sent to your home FREE of charge. You will need to select the Click & Collect option at checkout and specify your delivery address in the notes.

£4.95 Standard Delivery -  Applicable to all orders under £100. Orders over £100 are  delivered free of charge within Mainland UK. We are currently unable to deliver to addresses outside the UK.

Your order will be despatched within 3-4 working days.

Deliveries take place by courier 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

All delivery times are approximate and we cannot be held liable for any compensation as a result of any unexpected delays.

If you are not in when the courier calls, they will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery. Your parcel will need to be signed for so if they are days when you definitely aren't around to accept delivery please let us know when you place your order.

Damaged Items

Our couriers are selected for reliability and professionalism but occasionally damage may occur in transit.

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. In the event that there has been any damage to the order in transit to you, you must advise us by email immediately so that we can instigate a claim with the courier.

We will then arrange for the damaged parcel to be collected from you, and replacement goods sent to you as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order should you wish to exchange your goods, or return them for a refund. This doesn't apply to paint or wallpaper orders which are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.

Our Returns Policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. While every effort is made to ensure that you receive the required goods in the best possible condition, please inspect all items carefully upon receipt, and in the case of fabrics and wallpapers, that they are checked for possible flaws prior to cutting. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, please contact us immediately and we will replace these free of charge.

Any goods to be returned must be in a saleable condition and in their original packing. All costs relating to returns postage are the buyer's responsibility. This does not affect your statutory rights.
